This is a 21+ event. We will be checking ID’s at the welcome table, so please bring a valid photo ID with you.  

‘Clue the Party’ is a night of mystery, murder and madness

Was it Miss Scarlett in the hall with the revolver? Or Mrs. Peacock in the lounge with the candlestick? Or could it be Col. Mustard in the conservatory with the knife? Everyone has a motive at the greatest whodunit costume party that Murfreesboro has ever seen at the Clue Party.

Do YOU have what it takes to play one
of our 8 characters?

We will begin looking for characters in May, so stay tuned.  You do NOT need to be good at acting or memorizing lines.  You need to be able to:

1. Be able to communicate with others 
2. Be availabe for ALL dates, including socials, photo shoots, rehearsals, etc.  (dates will be listed in May)
3. Be available the day of the event, September 21, from 3 – 9 pm
4. Agree to raise a minimum of $1000 in donations for our nonprofit.

ALL you need to know:

VIP Ticket Holders

ARRIVAL AT 5 pm

Your VIP Ticket includes entrance to the VIP area, on the beautiful back patio of the mansion, reserved for VIP guests only. You will have access to appetizers, a designated bar and FOUR drink tickets. We will offer champagne in the VIP area only, as well as a specialty cocktail, a red wine and a white wine.  You can buy more drink tickets at the welcome table, $5 each or 5 for $20. VIP guests will receive TWO guess cards to make your guess for suspect, the weapon and the room. You can also buy more guesses the evening of for $5 each or 5 for $20, sold at the welcome table.

General Admission Ticket Holders

ARRIVAL AT 6 pm

Your General Admission Ticket includes entrance to the event, complimentary valet,  TWO drink tickets and ONE guess card. The bar on the front lawn will serve Cedar Glade Brews draft beer, a red wine, a white wine and the special vodka mixed drink we are calling
“The Whodunit.” You can purchase more drink tickets at the welcome table, $5 each or 5 for $20.  You will receive ONE guess card to make your guess for the murderer, the weapon and the room.  You can also buy more guesses the evening of for $5 each or 5 for $20.

Parking

We are providing complimentary valet parking for ALL ticket holders. Parking Management Company, licensed and bonded, will be there to park your car safely and return it to you at the end of the event. Please come to the entrance of the Oaklands Mansion and follow directions there for valet. (a tip for your valet is a kind gesture) If you choose to self-park, note the parking at the mansion itself is for characters and staff. You will need to park at the Oaklands Park, noted with a P in the image below. It is quite a walk, so feel free to use our complimentary valet.

Attire

There is no dress code for our event. Our characters will be dressed to KILL, that is for sure. You are welcome to dress as your favorite Clue character. We will have a costume contest for guests and TWO lucky guests will win $50 in cash for best costumes!

Past Characters

We will have the option to use Venmo or cash for any purchases or for tipping our bar staff.

Our bartenders are donating their time for the fundraiser, so be sure to tip them well!

Solve the Murder

Here is the printed program for our event. We will have these for each guest but some of our detectives love to get started early! There will be a cash prize for the person who solves the murder, so stay sharp! More details at the event.
